O3 has AWP Best Practice measurements and the option to create user-defined measurements.
To create a measurement, select Add Measurement.
Select a Type:
Early Completion of Constraint Identification
Early Constraint Assignment
Early Constraint Completion
Early Constraint Due Date Assignment
Early Constraint Identification
Early Constraint Removal Initiation
Entity Completion - tie the score to the status of a work package, document, or other entity - 0 is incomplete, 10 is completed
Manual Score Measurement - directly input a manual score for your measurement
Manual Value Measurement - input a value that is compared to a curve to give you a score
Sufficient Constraint Assignment
Sufficient Constraint Identification
Task Completion - tie the score to the status of a task - 0 is incomplete, 10 is completed
Name the new Measurement.
To edit the Measurement, select Edit.
Adjust the default settings as needed.
Range Configuration determines the score of the Measurement.
Green – good score
Yellow – average score
Red – below average score
Manual Score Measurement can be used to manually enter a score. For example, meeting feedback.
Manual Value Measurement can be used to manually enter a numerical value. For example, the percentage count on the number of meeting attendees.
The score for the Measurement will display in the circle.
