To create a measurement, select Add Measurement.

Select a Type:

  • Early Completion of Constraint Identification

  • Early Constraint Assignment

  • Early Constraint Completion

  • Early Constraint Due Date Assignment

  • Early Constraint Identification

  • Early Constraint Removal Initiation

  • Entity Completion - tie the score to the status of a work package, document, or other entity - 0 is incomplete, 10 is completed

  • Manual Score Measurement - directly input a manual score for your measurement

  • Manual Value Measurement - input a value that is compared to a curve to give you a score

  • Sufficient Constraint Assignment

  • Sufficient Constraint Identification

  • Task Completion - tie the score to the status of a task - 0 is incomplete, 10 is completed

Name the new Measurement.

To edit the Measurement, select Edit.

Adjust the default settings as needed.

Range Configuration determines the score of the Measurement.

  • Green – good score

  • Yellow – average score

  • Red – below average score

Manual Score Measurement can be used to manually enter a score. For example, meeting feedback.

Manual Value Measurement can be used to manually enter a numerical value. For example, the percentage count on the number of meeting attendees.

The score for the Measurement will display in the circle.
