Don't make me pull this car over!

Dashboards can now be customized by scope; System, Plant, or Admin. Admin users can set the default dashboard for all users within their scope. So, no more fighting over what your users see when they log in. I'm talking to you, Plant Admins...

Set it and forget it!

Who doesn't want one less thing to worry about? Am I right? Admins can now configure auto-created constraints on status changes. For example, this allows you to auto-create field level constraints when a work package is issued. If you are already using auto-created approvals you will be familiar with this process, as it is similar.

Put a label on it, again!

Users can now add labels to Tasks. Same as for work packages, but for tasks!

Can you come back later when there is something to see?

Tool time is now normalized across the time observed instead of being weighted by the number of observations within that range. Say what? Basically, you now have a more balanced tool time reading. Starting in this release, all observations are counted equally as long as they are over the 100 observations in an hour threshold. This way, you avoid skewed readings based on productivity fluctuations.

Don't put the horse before the cart!

Project Admins can now require that the start date be before the finish date when validating work packages. This goes for all start/finish date combinations (i..e Planned Start Date vs Planned Finish Date, Assembly Start Date vs Assembly Finish Date, etc.)

Does anyone know what they are doing?

Now it is easier for Project Admins to see what users have taken training. We added a project level Training Log that is filtered to project users and adds project specific data such as associated contracts.

Leave your issues behind!

Stop looking for your unfinished business under Issues. These are now called Tasks throughout O3. So, take a deep breath and let it all go. Doesn't that feel better? Now, get to going on those tasks!

Who doesn't like options?

We added Estimated and Actual Days to Work Package Resources - manpower, tools, construction equipment - so users can now decide if they want to track by hours OR days.

What else do you have for me?

Users can now output associations filtered by association type on report templates.

Users can now bulk add Scaffolds to SWPs and bulk delete Scaffolds from SWPs.

Project Admin can now deactivate Constraint Types and Approval Types. They will still show for legacy data, but will not be available for new Constraints and Approvals.
