Feeling Unattached
Removing attachments one-by-one is so 2020. Kick off the new year by bulk deleting all those unnecessary attachments. Shift + click each attachment in the Detail Form > Attachments tab, then click the Delete icon.
Rich in Resources
You can do the same with Resources from the Resources tab as well! This does not apply to Scaffold Requests.
Improvements to Task Management
Project Teams is on The Job
Sometimes it takes an entire team to get the job done. With the Assigned to Project Team field, every member on that team will be assigned the task.
I Don't Know Who You Are, But I will Find You, And I Will Contact You
With the new Contact User field, team members can create tasks on behalf of each other.
Sharing is Caring
You know that task I assigned you the other day? You know, that task? No? Well, now I can share the link to that task. Click on the Copy Task Link button and paste the URL wherever you collaborate.
Scaffolding Improvements
Our ONBuild customers will have access to the following functionality:
Create Scaffold Requests to erect, modify, or remove a scaffold directly from IWPs.
Automated constraints allowing workface planners to track the status of their Scaffold Request.
One central location for scaffold coordinators to create and manage scaffold requests or Scaffold Work Packages.
Due to the size and scope of these changes, we are not including the full feature details in our release notes.
We will, however, be following up with detailed documentation and are offering short demonstrations to bring you up to speed.
