Would You Ask Your Butcher for a Haircut?

Ensuring you have the right type and number of resources to complete work is important. Our new IWP Manpower Quantity Curve widget supports grouping options, allowing you to quickly see the type and number of resources you need on the job site at any given time.

We added the Contract field to Manpower Schedules to restrict who can view and edit these schedules. We've also added Planned and Actual Headcount that you can track in addition to Planned and Actual Hours. Now, contractors can enter their planned and actual values directly in O3 instead of using a tedious Excel based process.

Planning is only part of the puzzle. Now, people in the field can see the estimated manpower quantity totals and hours on IWP Reports. These can be added to IWP Report Templates using placeholders such as #ManpowerTotalQuantity# and #ManpowerTotalEstimatedHours#. Feel free to reach out to us if you need help setting these up!

All Systems Are "Go"

We took Systems a step further by giving users the ability to add Subsystems. From the Subsystems tab of the systems detail form, users can easily add any number of subsystems.

Now when associating a System to an IWP, TOP, or TWP, users will also have the option to associate a subsystem.

I Want it My Way!

We've expanded our layouts saving and sharing functionality to all "chooser" dialogue boxes. Now users can easily customize their grid layout and share with others. (Because sharing is caring!)

"Let's Get Critical, Critical."

Users can now categorize their critical path Work Packages. These categories can be used to filter grids and widgets. If a Critical Path Category is selected, the critical path checkbox will automatically "check".

Other Cool Stuff We Added

  1. Team Boards widgets now drill down to the Team Boards view

  2. Added XL and XXL font size options in Dashboard Widget settings

  3. Users can group Documents widgets by Assigned to User, Role, and User Group
