What did the 5 fingers say to the face?

Slap! That is what it will feel like when O3 hits you with its new navigation! O3 will be moving to this new navigation in a few weeks, but for now, you can give a try by clicking the person icon in the bottom left corner, then select Try New Navigation!

To switch back from this navigation, look for that same person icon. Made you look! It's in the top right corner now. Click on the icon and select Classic Navigation.

Did you hear about the circus fire?

It was in tents! That is about as hot as the new widget, IWP Performance. This new widget will help you keep your IWPs completed on time by displaying the number of IWPs per week that need to be completed, will be completed on time, will be completed late, and will be completed early.

Why are spiders so smart?

They can find everything on the web. Just like you can find everything about IWPs on O3! In addition to the new IWP Performance widget, we are adding the IWP Development widget. This widget will show the number of IWPs per week based on their status or if they are constraint free. In addition, it also provides a look at the number of man hours per week that are planned, actual, and constraint free.

Why are elevator jokes so good?

They work on so many levels. Now, O3 team boards can work in multiple sections. When viewing a team board in List View, click the plus icon in the top right corner and select Add New Section. If you are tired of looking at a section, collapse the section by clicking the the arrow next to its name. You can even move one task or multiple tasks from one section to another! Click on the dots next to the task to move and then drag to another location or shift + click on a task further down the list to grab multiple tasks.

How do you organize a space party?

You planet! Now there's no party you can't organize with team boards because we didn't stop with sections. You can now record the Planned Start and Finish Dates and compare them to the Actual Start and Finish Dates. When you are done with a board, change the status to Complete because, yeah, there's a status now too! Click the settings icon in the top right corner to find these options.

What did one ocean say to the other ocean?

Nothing, they just waved. Just like we are waving good-bye to the old way to view IWPs. You can now view the Manpower Requirements for all IWPs at the grid view, which is amazing! But when our developers go to White Castle, they don't get a number 3, they are ordering the crave case! Which is why you can also view the Material Requirements and Rework Tasks at the grid view as well. Just to make it even better, they moved the Calendar View and Gantt View options to the same new menu option on all IWPs. When viewing the IWP grid view, click on the new menu button at the top to switch between these views.

I made a pencil with two erasers.

It was pointless. Keeping track of the revisions on an RFI is anything but pointless. That's why there's a brand new Revision field on RFIs.

Don't trust atoms.

They make up everything! Now you can trust the order of execution tasks because there's a new field Sort Order. Control the order your execution tasks are listed by giving them a sort order number. After you have added your execution tasks, you can edit them and add the correct value to make sure they are listed correctly. No more putting your shoes on before finding those socks!
