Report Templates are used to format the IWP information from O3 into a physical, printable format for field execution.
Upload a Word document to determine the layout design for the IWP Details Report or the CWP Details Report.
Here is an example of a multi-page document:
The information contained should provide everything needed at the field level for IWPs.
Fillable fields must be configured correctly in the document in order for the information to flow from the digital format to the physical copy. (Ex: using hashtags at the beginning and end of the item to be filled - #Name#).
