Learn how to organize your actions with the list view.

Changing Views

To change views, click on the Views button at the top > List View.


Creating Sections

Click on the + sign > Add New Section.

Your new section will appear at the top. Type in your name and press the ENTER key when you're done.

To edit the name, click click on the section's name and make your adjustments.

You can delete a section by clicking on the three dots > Delete Section.

You can choose to delete all the section's tasks, or keep them. Choosing the former will send them to the No Section section at the bottom.


Organizing & Managing Actions

You can move actions between sections by dragging them.

Note: you have to click and drag the dots.

To drag multiple actions, you can CTRL + click each one

or left-click the first actions and SHIFT + click the final action.

The list view includes a flyout menu that appears off to the side when opening an action.

You can close out the action here, or from the Team Board itself by clicking on the green checkmark.
