We Love Team Boards
And to showcase that love, we've added the following fields to the Team Board grid view:
Last Comment- most recent comment made on an actionLast Comment User- the user that made the most recent commentLast Comment Date- the date and time the most recent comment was madeEntity Description- if an action is tied to an Entity (e.g., constraint tied to IWP), it will show that Entity'sDescriptionEntity Contract- if an action is tied to an Entity, it will show the Entity'sContract(if it has one)
Into the Backlog
We've added a new Import Type - Component Backlog Task Step Import - for backlog tasks.
For an import template, check out Tools > Data Requirements and choose Component Backlog Task Step Import for Entity Type.
This allows projects to create Execution Tasks that will be performed for each component, even if they do not have standardized rules for their creation.
Approvals Made Easy
We've added the following shortcuts for approval workflows:
ALT + Sto submit the approvalALT + Ato approve the approvalALT + Rto reject the approval
Best of all, you can now click the approval's status to open it!
Permissions, Please
We've added a Support Information text box in Project Settings.
For permission-driven errors, the text in this box will appear. This is a great way to connect users with their admins if they need their permissions updated.
CWP Reports, PDFs Included
You can now download Document and Drawing PDFs with the CWP Detail Report.
Labels
Labels now have their own grid in Project Settings.
From here, you can create and remove Labels as needed.
Getting Your Execution Sorted
Execution Tasks can be sorted a couple different ways:
Via the
Execution Task Sort Orderfield from the grid. This will also affect the order your Execution Tasks appear in IWP Detail Reports.
Or by dragging-and-dropping from the Execution Task Progress tab.
