Forgot Password
If you forgot your O3 password, or can't login and need to recover your account, you can initiate the recovery process by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Enter your username, the email address that is associated with your account, and check the I'm not a robot checkbox.
Select Send Reset Information.
After submitting the form, we will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
On the O3 Solutions Password Reset screen, enter your username, the new password that you want to use going forward, and reenter the new password.
Note : Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, and one number
Select Reset Password.
Now that your password has been reset, log in as normal.
Entered Incorrect Password
If you have tried to enter your password and discovered that it is not the correct password, you will get the below error message. Select Forgot Password to reset your password as described above.
Forgot Username
If it is one of those days and you have forgotten your username, select the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Select the Forgot Username link.
Enter your email address that is associated with your account, and check the I'm not a robot checkbox.
Select Send Reset Information.
After submitting the form, we will send you an email with your user information.
